About St Michaels Soldiers:
St. Michael’s Soldiers supports our deployed and returning troops and their families through care packages while deployed, Heroes Welcome Home Celebrations for the returning and general assistance and support for families especially while their loved one are deployed.
The men and women of our US Military put their lives on the line to protect our Freedoms. They miss their families, their homes and normal way of life, but they proudly serve no matter the danger and we cannot let their sacrifices go unrecognized.
We began in June 2010 after shipping care packages to our son and his friends who were deployed. We felt it was important to recognize our troops for their sacrifices and if for only a brief moment, let them know they are not forgotten.
St. Michael’s Soldiers is a 100% volunteer organization. No one receives compensation for the work we do for our troops and their families.
Although we ship care packages all year long, our largest care package event is our Stuffing Stockings for Soldiers Project where we stuff, pack and ship 1000’s of care packages each year with yummy goodies, fun stuff and Christmas Joy to our deployed troops all over the world.
