PRIZES CANNOT BE CLAIMED BY CHILDREN, PARENTS, FRIENDS, COWORKERS, ROOMMATES, BOY/GIRL FRIENDS, FIANCE, ETC.ONLY ONE WINNER PER HOUSEHOLD (INCLUDING SPOUSES, CHILDREN, PARENTS, SIGNIFICANT OTHERS AND/OR ROOMMATES), EVERY 30 DAYS FROM iHEARTMEDIA + ENTERTAINMENT, INC RADIO STATIONS [WQIK-FM, WWJK-FM, WSOL-FM, WJBT-FM, WFXJ-AM, WKSL-FM, WKSL-HD2, WQIK-HD2].
