How to Start a Habit.. The 2 Day Rule! Def worth trying..

 

It is so weird- I was just talking about this yesterday. It is so easy to get "TOO BUSY" to

work out or do things that will make you feel better and healthier in the long run. I feel like

this simple advice could really help in many different cases.
