Nirvana's surviving members reunited with Post Malone on lead vocals to perform "Smells Like Teen Spirit" at Saturday Night Live's 50th anniversary concert. The surprise performance at Radio City Music Hall was introduced by Adam Sandler, and Malone delivered an impressive cover of the iconic song.
This marked Nirvana's first major televised performance with a male singer since Kurt Cobain's passing, and Malone has previously earned acclaim for his Nirvana tribute sets. The concert also featured performances from Jack White, Miley Cyrus, and other music icons.
Malone will release his 14-song Nirvana tribute set on vinyl for Record Store Day.
