There are a handful of restaurants scattered throughout Florida that offer a true food experience, but only one is known far and wide as the best of the best!
This Florida staple offers such a delicious variety of menu options, that leftovers are unheard of!
According to a list compiled by Yelp, the best restaurant in Florida is Amy’s French Bakery & Bistro in Pompano Beach (9). This restaurant was also named among the best in the country. Other Florida restaurants named among the top 10 include Kaya in Orlando (10).
Here's what Yelp had to say about the best restaurant in Florida:
"Looking for great all-day breakfast? This cozy spot, run by husband-and-wife duo Laurent and Sylvia Demoss (from the French Riviera), is known for made-to-order omelets, fresh-baked pastries, and a “charming, authentic French atmosphere.” The menu also features crepes stuffed with homemade apple-cinnamon mix, a buttered toast topped with bananas and dripping in melted Nutella, and a selection of “unbelievable” croissants. Yelpers feel the French fantasy when they describe the menu at Amy’s (named after the couple’s daughter): “C’est formidable!” (it’s great!). “I’ve never had an omelet so perfect,” says one happy visitor."
